基于拉丁超立方抽样的垃圾锅炉二次风配比模拟及优化
Numerical Simulation and Optimization of Secondary Air Ratio of Waste Incineration Boiler Based on Latin Hypercube Sampling Method

Abstract
Aiming at the overload problem of the existing waste incinerators,this study carried out the numerical simulation of a 600 t/d urban solid waste incineration boiler in Fuzhou under 100%load and 110%load respectively.In this research,the distribution of temperature field in the incinerator was effectively simulated,and the influences of the overload problem on the incinerator operation were analyzed as well.Besides,the influences of secondary air ratio on furnace temperature,velocity vector and NOx concentration were studied by sampling method of Latin hypercube.The results show that when the incinerator is running at 110%load,the combustion in the furnace is intense,the temperature increases heavily and the erosion of the water wall is more serious.In addition,when the ratio of secondary air OFA1∶OFA2∶SA1∶SA2 is 45∶71∶80∶54,the secondary combustion of the waste incinerator is better and the flue gas temperature at the furnace outlet is generally lower.Moreover,the gas distribution in the first flue gas pass is uniform,which reduces the uneven heating of the water wall.At this time,the mass concentration of NO,at the first flue gas pass is 182.98 mg/m3,which is 5.84%lower than that before optimization.关键词
