深度调峰背景下富氧助燃煤粉锅炉稳燃特性分析及经济性预测
Combustion Stability Analysis and Economic Prediction of Oxygen-Enriched Pulverized Coal Boiler under Deep Peak Regulation

Abstract
Under the background of deep peak regulation,the combustion instability of pulverized coal boiler will occur under low load.The oxygen-enriched combustion assisted technology is used to study the combustion stability of a 600 MW opposed firing boiler under low load.And then the economics of deep peak regulation with oxygen enriched combustion technique is studied.Through the oxygen enrichment of secondary air in the boiler burner(oxygen volume fraction increased to 30%),the simulation research of six conditions was carried out under 50%,30%,25%load,respectively,air atmosphere and oxygen enriched atmosphere.The simulation results show that:With the load reduction,the combustion condition in the furnace becomes worse,and the combustion condition can be significantly improved by secondary air oxygen enrichment and achieve stable combustion under low load.The minimum stable combustion load of the air atmosphere is 30%,and the ignition can not be achieved at 25%load,while the combustion condition of the oxygen-rich atmosphere is good.Finally,taking the pulverized coal boiler as an example,the economic analysis of deep peak regulation is carried out,and the benefits and investment cost recovery period of deep peak regulation are predicted.关键词
