摘要

Abstract

The control characteristics and requirements of deep peak regulation operation of ultra-supercritical thermal power units are analyzed.In view of the imperfect control strategy of large capacity thermal power units and the hydrodynamic safety problems existing in the process of participating in deep peak regulation operation,strategy optimization is carried out,such as improvement of setting value function,load change rate,low load coal water control and so on.The dynamic test of a 1000 MW ultra-supercritical thermal power unit after deep peak regulation control optimization is carried out.The test results show that the dynamic and steady-state errors of the main control parameters of the thermal power unit meet the requirements of the relevant regulations,and the control optimization method can effectively improve the flexible regulation quality of the thermal power unit.
