摘要

Abstract

Nitrogen is an important element in plant growth and development.Understanding how plants perceive and transmit nitrogen signals and how calcium ions(Ca2+)involve in nitrogen utilization regulation are of great significance for promoting plant growth,improving crop yield and quality and achieving fertilizer reduction and efficiency improvement.In order to provide new strategies and methods for improving crop nitrogen use efficiency,how Ca2+involve in plant nitrate signaling,ammonium nitrogen uptake,and the relationships between the Ca2+signaling network and other regulatory pathways were reviewed.It also covered the current research status in areas such as plant nitrogen absorption and transport pathways,nitrogen metabolism pathway regulation,and the interaction between Ca2+signaling and plant hormones in regulating nitrogen utilization pathways.The research direction of the interaction between Ca2+signaling and other signaling pathway,the effects of environmental factor on Ca2+signaling and revealing Ca2+signaling complexity by molecular technology were prospected.
