摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of uterine artery ligation during laparoscopic total hysterectomy and its impact on ovarian function in patients. Methods A total of 106 cervical cancer patients admitted to our hospital from April to Au-gust 2018 were selected and assigned to a control group and an observation group based on treatment regimens, with 53 ca-ses in each group. The control group underwent conventional laparoscopic hysterectomy, while the observation group re-ceived laparoscopic hysterectomy combined with uterine artery ligation.Postoperative complication rates, preoperative and postoperative serum sex hormone levels(E2,FSH,LH,P),and inflammatory factor levels(TNF-α,IL-1,IL-6,CRP)were compared between the two groups. Results The complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Postoperative E2,FSH,LH,and P levels in the observation group were signifi-cantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Postoperative TNF-α,IL-1,IL-6,and CRP levels in the observa-tion group were also significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of laparo-scopic total hysterectomy with uterine artery ligation demonstrates ideal efficacy. It reduces surgical stress, decreases post-operative complications, promotes recovery, and preserves ovarian function, which is conducive to prognosis.关键词
