摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Shenqi Kidney-Nourishing Decoction combined with Alprostadil on blood glucose and renal function in patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods From June 2021 to December 2023,100 patients with DN were assigned to a control group and a combined group(50 each).The control group received conventional treatment plus alprostadil,while the combined group also received Shenqi Kidney-Nourishing Decoction.After a 4-week treatment,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores(major and minor syndrome),blood glucose,and renal function were compared between the groups.Results Post-intervention,the combined group had lower TCM syndrome scores,blood glucose,and renal function indicators than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Kidney-Nouris-hing Decoction combined with alprostadil improves treatment outcomes in DN patients,effectively controlling blood glucose and promoting renal function.关键词
