手术薄膜无缝铺巾技术在小儿尿道下裂修复手术中的应用
Application of seamless surgical film draping technique in pediatric hypospadias repair
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application of the seamless surgical film draping technique in pediatric hypospadias re-pair surgery.Methods A total of 120 pediatric patients undergoing hypospadias repair at our hospital from February to Au-gust 2023 were randomly assigned to two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The study group adopted the seamless surgi-cal film draping technique,while the control group used traditional draping methods.The effects of the two draping tech-niques on pediatric hypospadias surgery were analyzed.Results In the study group,the area of surgical drape wetting was smaller than that in the control group,the postoperative incision bacterial culture positivity rate was lower than that in the control group,and the length of hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group,with statistically significant differ-ences(P<0.05).The degree of satisfaction of medical staff in the study group was significantly higher than that in the con-trol group(P<0.05).Conclusion The seamless surgical film draping technique can effectively reduce the contamination of the surgical field by blood and saline,decrease the incidence of incision infections,provide better protection for the surgical incision,reduce postoperative infection rates,and promote the degree of satisfaction of medical staff.关键词
