摘要
Abstract
As a new type of antimicrobial agents,bacteriophages have penetrated into all fields of modern society,but there are still many challenges to maximize its efficacy in the treatment of multidrug-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae infection.Starting with the phage characteristics of Klebsiella pneumoniae,the paper focuses on the four aspects of host range,drug resistance,pharmacology and environmental factors,and combines relevant research cases to summarize the difficulties faced by phage therapy in the application of Klebsiella pneumoniae infection and explore the solutions.关键词
