Abstract
As an important means of assessing the health status of water bodies,water quality monitoring not only involves the analysis of physical and chemical parameters,but also includes microbial indicators.Microbial indicators have become an indispensable part of modern water quality monitoring due to their ability to reflect the level of biological pollution in water bodies and its potential threats to public health.The existence and changes of microorganisms in water environments are directly related to human health and the stability of ecosystems.The article explores the application and importance of microbial indicators in water quality monitoring,aiming at providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for optimizing the water quality monitoring system and improving water quality safety management.关键词
