Abstract
In order to meet the demand of HAN(Hydroxylammonium nitrate)-based monopropellant catalytic decomposition thrust chamber for high performance injector,the integrated design of multi-cycle multi-nozzle injector based on 3D printing technology was studied.The heat transfer characteristics,flow resistance characteristics and thermal test characteristics of 3D printing injector were studied.The pressure loss coefficient of flow resistance calculation was put forward.The experimental results show that the flow resistance of 3D printing injector decreases with the increase of the total milling time,and the decreasing rate decreases gradually.The engine can be initiated reliably at room temperature.The decomposition efficiency reached 0.992 under high load.The engine ignition time increases with the decrease of the initial temperature and the consistency of ignition time can be improved by controlling the interval time.关键词
