黄芩苷分散片的制备工艺与质量控制
Preparation Process and Quality Control of Baicalin Dispersible Tablets

Abstract
Baicalin dispersible tablets were prepared by direct compression method.The disintegration time was taken as the index,the formulation of main excipients was optimized by L9(34)orthogonal text.The quality of baicalin dispersible tablets prepared by the best prescription was examined,and the dissolution and content of baicalin were determined by HPLC,thus achieving the quality control.The optimal formulation was 20%microcrystalline cellulose,4%sodium carboxymethyl starch,0.4%magnesium stearate,and 10%pre-gelatinized starch.The baicalin dispersible tablets prepared according to the optimal formulation disintegrated fully in 3 minutes,and the dissolution reached over 93%in 30 minutes.关键词
