Abstract
Laboratory construction is a complex process,which directly affects the accuracy of experimental results and the reliability of research.Aseptic technique eliminates the risk of contamination by developing systematic operational standards and ensuring that everyone strictly adheres to them when using the equipment.Meanwhile,aseptic technique is the core element to maintain the purity of the laboratory environment,which can ensure the traceability and repeatable nature of the experiment.The paper studies the laboratory design and layout,equipment selection,goods procurement and management,and the application and operation methods of aseptic technique,and deeply discuss key details,aiming at providing valuable guidance and advice for laboratory construction and implementation of aseptic techniques.关键词
