不同强度运动干预对小鼠肝脏抗氧化能力的影响
Effects of Different Intensity Exercise Interventions on Liver Antioxidant Capacity of Mice

Abstract
The paper observed the effect of different intensities of aerobic exercise intervention on the liver antioxidant capacity of mice.Forty BALB/c mice(6-8 weeks old)that were half male and half female,were randomly divided into four groups,including blank control group,low-intensity group(7.5 m/min),medium-intensity group(20 m/min),and high-intensity group(30 m/min).The mice were subjected to aerobic exercise intervention of different intensities by using a homemade running wheel.The exercise status,body weight and other data of the mice were recorded.After the experiment,the livers of mice were collected for index detection.The organ coefficient ratios of the different exercise intensity groups were statistically significant(P<0.001),and the contents of total SOD activity,GSH-PX activity and MDA of the different exercise intensity groups were statistically significant(P<0.001).The contents of total SOD activity and GSH-PX activity were the highest in the high-intensity group;while the content of MDA was the highest in the low-intensity group and the lowest in the high-intensity group.It indicated that exercise can improve the antioxidant capacity of the liver,and with the increase of exercise intensity,the antioxidant capacity of the liver gradually increases.关键词
