Abstract
Objective To establish a nursing quality evaluation index system for postoperative complications aligned with ter-tiary hospital accreditation standards,aiming to provide a reference for monitoring and improving postoperative care quality in surgical patients.Methods A literature review and the Structure-Process-Outcome(SPO)three-dimensional quality model were utilized to draft an initial pool of evaluation indicators.Two rounds of Delphi consultation with experts were con-ducted to revise the indicators and assess their importance.Results Both consultation rounds achieved 100%valid response rates.The authority coefficients(Cr)were 0.83 and 0.90,while kendall's W values were 0.494 and 0.636(both P<0.001),indicating strong expert consensus.The finalized system comprises 3 first-level indicators(structural,procedural,and outcome dimensions),13 second-level indicators,and 76 third-level indicators.Conclusion The established index sys-tem demonstrates comprehensiveness and reliability,with robust scientific validity and practical applicability.It serves as a scientific foundation for optimizing postoperative complication management in tertiary hospitals and enhancing patients'long-term quality of life.关键词
