Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of different minimally invasive lithotripsy methods in treating patients with renal stones larger than 2 cm.Methods Sixty-four patients with renal stones larger than 2 cm admitted to the Depart-ment of Urology of our Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly assigned to a control group and an experimental group using a random number table,with 32 cases in each group.The control group underwent flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy,while the experimental group received percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Clinical indicators,renal function levels,postoperative complication rates,and treatment response rates were compared between the two groups.Results The experimental group exhibited significantly shorter length of hospital stay,time of operation,and time to postoperative ambulation compared to the control group(P<0.05).Renal function indicators in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment response rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous nephrolithotomy demonstrates fa-vorable efficacy in treating patients with renal stones larger than 2 cm.It not only strengthens renal function indicators but also reduces postoperative complications and promotes recovery.关键词
