摘要

Abstract

Through similarity analysis and simulation,the sealing process of valve core and R-shaped boss under axial force is investigated,and the effects of axial force,material physical properties and R-shaped boss geometry(R-shaped boss radius and inner diameter)on the specific seal pressure are analyzed.The results show that the R-shaped boss can form a higher sealing pressure under a certain axial force,which increases gradually with the decrease of the radius and inner diameter for the R-shaped boss.For material physical properties,the sealing specific pressure increases with the increase of the Young's modulus of the valve core,and other performance parameters have little influence on the sealing specific pressure.In addition,a semi-empirical analytical expression of the sealing specific pressure for the R-shaped boss under axial force is developed by using similarity analysis.This expression characterizes the relationship between the sealing specific pressure and the axial force,geometric parameters of the R-shaped boss,as well as the material physical properties.
