Abstract
Objective To retrieve and summarize the best evidence related to dietary management in patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods Computerized searches were conducted in databases including BMJ Best Practice,UpToDate,Guidelines International Network,National Institute for Health and Care Excellence,National Guideline Clearinghouse,Registered Nurses'Association of Ontario,Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network,New Zealand Guidelines Group,Chinese Medlive guidelines network,and Cochrane Library.Supplementary searches were performed in comprehensive databases(Web of Science,PubMed,Wanfang Data,CNKI,CBM)and relevant professional websites to obtain guidelines,systematic reviews,and expert consensus on nutritional support for inflammatory bowel disease.The Appraisal of Guidelines for Re-search and Evaluation II(AGREE II),A Measure Tool to Assess Systematic Reviews tool,and the Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)Evidence-based Health Care Center's criteria and evidence grading system were used to evaluate the quality of litera-ture and classify evidence levels.Results Overall,10 articles were included.Based on professional judgment,28 pieces of evidence related to dietary management in patients with ulcerative colitis were summarized,covering four aspects:nutrition-al requirements,dietary recommendations,dietary restrictions,and personnel support.Conclusion This study synthesizes the best evidence for dietary management in patients with ulcerative colitis,providing an evidence-based foundation for healthcare professionals.Clinicians should selectively apply these recommendations by integrating clinical contexts and stakeholder preferences.关键词
