Changes in the Microbial Community in Danshen Extract and Its Impact on Drug Efficacy

Abstract
In recent years,with the deepening of research on microbial communities,people are gradually beginning to pay attention to the potential role of microorganisms in the drug efficacy of Danshen.The pharmacological activity of Danshen is not only influenced by chemical components such as tanshinone and salvianolic acid,but also significantly affected by changes in microbial communities during the production process.Microorganisms can affect the conversion rate and stability of active ingredients in Danshen through various metabolic pathways,thereby affecting its drug efficacy and safety.Although there is an increasing amount of research on the impact of microorganisms on the drug efficacy of plant medicinal materials,there is still a lack of systematic research on how the microbial community in Danshen extract specifically affects its drug efficacy.Therefore,this article explores in depth the changes in microbial communities in Danshen extract and its impact on drug efficacy,in order to provide scientific basis for the production and application of Danshen and other traditional herbs.关键词
