鼻宝灵治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Bibaoling in treating allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods A total of 100 pa-tients newly diagnosed with AR in the Department of Allergy in our hospital from September to December 2023 were ran-domly assigned to an observation group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group received aerosol inhalation treatment using the Bibaoling nebulizer,while the control group received budesonide nasal spray treat-ment.Both groups were treated for one week.Clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,no significant differences were noted between the two groups in the scores of nasal itching,rhinorrhea,nasal congestion,sneezing,and clinical signs(P>0.05).The scores of these symptoms and signs in both groups were signifi-cantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05).No significant difference was noted between the two groups in the reduction of nasal examination scores(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(2.00%vs.16.00%,χ2=4.433,P=0.035).The difference in the overall response rate be-tween the observation group and the control group was not statistically significant(82.00%vs.90.00%,χ2=1.329,P=0.249).Conclusion Bibaoling has a marked effect in relieving discomfort and physical reactions in patients with allergic rhi-nitis,with fewer side effects.关键词
