Abstract
Objective To explore how bundled nursing care based on the enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)concept af-fects post-op ankle pump exercise compliance in urological surgery patients.Methods From October to November 2021,155 patients from our hospital's urology department were assigned to the control group,receiving routine care.Another 180 patients in November were assigned to the observation group,receiving bundled nursing care to promote post-op ankle pump exercises.Ankle pump exercise compliance,coagulation function indicators,and post-op lower limb symptoms and deep vein thrombosis(DVT)incidence were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group showed higher ankle pump exercise compliance(P<0.05).Pre-discharge,D-D and FIB levels of patients in the observation group were lower,and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)was longer than the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).The observation group also had significantly lower rates of post-op lower limb pain,swelling,and DVT(P<0.05).Conclusion ERAS-based bundled nursing care can boost post-op ankle pump exercise compliance and prevent lower limb DVT in patients undergoing urological surgery.关键词
