Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of nifedipine(NF)combined with magnesium sulfate(MgSO4)on renal function, clinical efficacy, and pregnancy outcomes in patients with gestational hypertension syndrome(GHS).Methods A total of 100 GHS patients admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to January 2022 were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups with centralized block randomization. The control group(n=50)received conventional MgSO4 therapy, while the observation group(n=50)underwent NF combined with MgSO4 treatment.Renal function parameters[serum cystatin C(CysC),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(SCr),uric acid(UA),and 24-hour urinary protein],blood pressure[systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)],and adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between groups. Results The total efficacy rate in the observation group(96.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).Post-treatment diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and systolic blood pressure(SBP)were lower in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).Renal function indices, including CysC,BUN,SCr,UA,and 24-hour urinary protein levels, were significantly reduced in the observation group after treatment(P<0.05).Adverse pregnancy outcomes(6.00%in the observation group vs.16.00%in the control group)showed no statistically sig-nificant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of NF and MgSO4 therapy demonstrates superior efficacy in improving renal function, enhancing clinical efficacy, and stabilizing clinical outcomes in GHS patients, supporting its clini-cal application.关键词
