Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of remimazolam combined with ketamine on circulatory-respiratory function,postoperative stress response,and inflammatory levels in patients undergoing facial plastic surgery.Methods One hundred patients undergoing facial plastic surgery in the Department of Anesthesiology from March 2021 to March 2024 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group using the random number table method,with 50 cases each.The control group received propofol combined with remifentanil for anesthesia,while the observation group received remimazo-lam combined with ketamine.Circulatory-respiratory parameters,postoperative stress response markers[cortisol(Cor),al-dosterone(ALD),angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang-Ⅱ)],and inflammatory levels were compared between the two groups.Results Post-anesthesia,the observation group exhibited significantly higher circulatory-respiratory indices and lower inflammatory levels,Cor,ALD,and Ang-Ⅱ levels compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of remima-zolam and ketamine for anesthesia in facial plastic surgery effectively promotes circulatory-respiratory function,mitigates postoperative stress responses,and reduces inflammatory levels.关键词
