摘要

Abstract

In order to further enhance the operating economy and low-Carbon characteristic of the integrated energy system,a low-Carbon and economic dispatch model for the island integrated energy system considering flexible re-sponse from source side to load side and new Carbon reduction mechanism is proposed.Firstly,a flexible dual re-sponse mechanism of supply and demand is introduced to improve economic efficiency,based on the comprehensive demand response characteristics of supply-side waste heat boiler,power-to-gas equipment and load-side.Additional-ly,acomprehensive satisfaction mechanism of electricity-heat-gas load is designed to accurately assess the satisfac-tion level of loads in the system.Secondly,in order to ensure the low-Carbon characteristic,a novel capture operation mode combining wind-light-Carbon capture is proposed to guide the wind and light to participate in the Carbon capture operation.At the same time,a ladder-type Carbon trading mechanism is introduced,and the low-Carbon characteristic model is constructed by combining the novel Carbon capture operation mode to realize the economic low-Carbon op-eration of the island integrated energy system.Finally,the CPLEX is used to solve the low-Carbon economic optimal model of the island integrated energy system to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm.The data analysis shows that considering source-load response and new Carbon capture can reduce the operating cost of inte-grated energy system by 10.85%and carbon emissions by 55.58%.
