山黄皮嫁接苗分级标准初探
Preliminary Study on the Grading Standard of Grafted Seedlings of Clausena anisum-olens(Blanco)Merr.

Abstract
[Objective]This study aimed to preliminarily establish a quality grading standard for grafted seedlings of Clausena anisum-olens(Blanco)Merr.based on growth indicators,with the goal of providing a reference for the selection and cultivation of C.anisum-olens grafted seedlings.[Method]A total of 100 representative grafted seedlings of C.anisum-olens Guiyan 20 were selected as the research material.Six growth indicators(seedling height,height above the graft interface,ground diameter,stem diameter,number of compound leaves above the graft,and number of branches)were measured in the field.Descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,and K-means clus-ter analysis were conducted.The quality indicators of the grafted seedlings were classified into three grades based on the cluster center±standard deviation method.[Result]Based on the comprehen-sive data analysis and practical cultivation considerations,seedling height and stem diameter were identified as the core indicators for evaluating the quality grades of C.anisum-olens grafted seed-lings.Three grade standards were proposed:Grade Ⅰ seedlings,with seedling height≥64.6 cm and stem diameter≥0.58 cm;Grade Ⅱ seedlings,with 64.6 cm>seedling height≥33.5 cm and 0.58 cm>stem diameter≥0.40 cm;and Grade Ⅲ seedlings,with seedling height<33.5 cm and stem diameter<0.40 cm.Considering the operational convenience,cost-effectiveness,and differ-ences in technical expertise of growers in actual agricultural production scenarios,the grading stan-dards were further optimized and adjusted as follows:Grade Ⅰ seedlings,with seedling height≥65.0 cm and stem diameter≥0.6 cm;Grade Ⅱ seedlings,with 65.0 cm>seedling height≥33.5 cm and 0.6 cm>stem diameter≥0.4 cm;and Grade Ⅲ seedlings,with seedling height<33.5 cm and stem diameter<0.4 cm.[Conclusion]The seedling height and stem diameter of C.anisum-olens grafted seedlings were significantly or extremely significantly correlated with most of the seedling quality indexes,thus were selected as the representative indicators for seedling classification.Through the analysis and classification of growth parameters in the market-preferred C.anisum-olens Guiyan 20 grafted seedlings,a preliminary theoretical grading standard for seedling outplan-ting was established.This standard could serve as a reference for the promotion of C.anisum-olens cultivation in Guangxi and the development of relevant local standards,thereby supporting the healthy development of C.anisum-olens industry.关键词
