摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of meridian massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)fu-migation in postoperative anal fistula patients and its impact on quality of life.Methods A total of 100 postoperative anal fistula patients treated at Shuguang Hospital from October 2023 to February 2024 were assigned to an observation group and a control group(50 cases each)using a random number table.The control group received routine nursing,while the obser-vation group received additional meridian massage and TCM fumigation.Wound healing,anal function,health status,and degree of satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups post-intervention.Results The observation group showed superior anal fistula wound healing compared to the control group(P<0.05).The Wexner score for anal function was significantly lower in the observation group(P<0.05).All subscale scores of the 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey(SF-36)health survey scores were higher in the observation group(P<0.05).The degree of satisfaction with nurs-ing was also significantly higher in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Meridian massage combined with TCM fumigation promotes wound healing,strengthens anal function,increases quality of life,and raises the degree of satisfaction with nursing in postoperative anal fistula patients.关键词
