摘要

Abstract

Various flexible resources in power system have differentiated operating characteristics under such differ-ent time scales as hours and minutes.At the same time,system state variables make the decision have coupling under different time scales.In view of this,a dynamic scheduling method of flexible resource considering dual-time scale co-ordination is proposed in this paper.Firstly,a dual-time scale operation model of wind-light-fire-storage-load is set up,and a dual-time scale coordination constraint is proposed.Then,a intra-day dynamic scheduling model is con-structed to determine the reference power and standby capacity on a long time scale and the standby calling capacity on a short time scale.Finally,an average model predictive control algorithm is proposed to improve the robustness of scheduling results to forecast data.The example results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the quality of dual-time scale coupling scheduling strategy under uncertain environment,and fully coordinate the flexible adjustment effect of multi-types of flexible resource.It can provide reference for scheduling in new type of power system.
