摘要
Abstract
This retrospective analysis examines the treatment and care of a patient with acute lymphocytic leukemia who re-ceived out-of-hospital blinatumomab infusion in our department in July 2024.It explores the patient's main nursing issues and evidence-based nursing measures.Using a whole-process closed-loop management model combining in-hospital and out-of-hospital care,the patient successfully completed 28 days of blinatumomab infusion and was discharged smoothly.It is concluded that this management model can effectively address and prevent adverse reactions in outpatients,manage medica-tion risks,improve quality of life during treatment,and promote the development of out-of-hospital patient management models in China.关键词
