国内外石油公司在非洲的油气勘探开发对比分析及启示
Comparative analysis and inspiration of oil and gas exploration and development in Africa by Chinese and international oil companies
摘要
Abstract
The cooperation of international oil companies(IOCs)in Africa's oil and gas sector began in 1886 and experienced such four stages as inception,major onshore discoveries,turbulence and adjustment,and diversification.Chinese oil companies began deploying in Africa actively in 1995,and their cooperation in Africa's oil and gas sector can be divided into such three stages as exploratory development,rapid growth,and optimization and adjustment.In recent years,major IOCs have deepened their onshore projects in Africa while shifting exploration focus to offshore areas(from shallow to deep and then to ultra-deep water),achieving significant results and sparking an offshore exploration boom.Meanwhile,to deal with the global energy transition and reduce reliance on traditional oil and gas,major IOCs have optimized their African oil and gas portfolios by reducing inland asset proportions and investing in low-carbon,clean,and renewable energy projects.The paper propose that Chinese oil companies should strengthen advanced project screening and fully leverage the low oil price cycle to explore new overseas oil and gas projects,target on oil and gas-rich basins or blocks to improve the success rates of exploration and development,enhance the integration of technology and business to accelerate investment recovery,and implement portfolio optimization and divestment promptly to mitigate risks.关键词
