摘要
Abstract
The paper uses the HPLC method to determine the content of scutellarin in traditional Chinese medicine Zideng Capsules.It takes the contents of Zideng Capsules,adds methanol,sonicates,cools,makes up for weight loss,filters,and takes the filtrate for injection.The chromatograph is Shimadzu LC-20A,with a SHIMADZU Shim-pack C18 column.The UV analysis detection wavelength is selected as 335 nm,and the mobile phase is acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid(18∶82).The flow rate of the mobile phase is 1 mL/min.Within the mass concentration range of 4.556 5-91.130 μg/mL,the linear relationship of the standard curve for scutellarin is good(n=5,r=0.999 93),and the recovery rate of this experimental method is 98.69%(n=6).The content determination method of this experiment has high sensitivity,precision,repeatability,stability,which meet the relevant requirements.关键词
