俄罗斯的天然气地缘版图新布局
New layout of Russia's natural gas geopolitical landscape
摘要
Abstract
Since the outbreak of the Ukraine crisis in 2022,Europe has significantly reduced its dependence on Russian natural gas.Russia has been actively promoting the shift of its natural gas pipelines from the"westward"direction to Europe,to the"eastward"direction towards Asia,the"southward"direction towards Central Asia and West Asia,and the"northward"direction for the development of LNG maritime routes in the Arctic region.This is aimed at reconfiguring Russia's natural gas geopolitical map through the eastward,southward,and northward corridors.The construction of the new natural gas corridors has become an important point for Russia's energy diplomacy,among which the western corridor has become one of the core diplomatic agendas between Russia and Turkey,the eastern corridor has become a major landmark project of the China-Russia comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination in the new era,the southern corridor is an important link for Russia to strengthen strategic partnership with Central Asia and Iran,and the northern corridor is an important deployment for Russia to balance the two major markets of Europe and Asia and enter the"Global South"market.In order to enhance the market selectivity and dominance of natural gas exports,LNG without geographical location constraints has become the focus of Russia's energy strategy,and it is also the best means for Russia to adapt to the continuous adjustment of the current great power structure.关键词
