摘要

Abstract

As for such issues as increase of network loss and voltage deviation due to the grid connection of high pro-portion of DG(distributed generation),a hierarchical optimal scheduling strategy for active distribution network con-sidering energy storage system and distribution network reconfiguration is proposed.Firstly,the operation economic performance of the distribution network is considered.The upper level optimization model is constructed to optimize the total charging and discharging power of the energy storage system in each period with purpose of the goal of maxi-mizing the peak filling effect and arbitrage profit of the energy storage system.Then,for enhancing operation reliabili-ty of the distribution network and taking the minimum network loss cost,equipment action cost and voltage deviation as the target,the lower level optimization model is constructed to adjust the network topology,optimize the reactive power output of DG and traditional reactive power compensation equipment and reasonably allocate the charge and discharge power of each energy storage device.Moreover,the whale optimization algorithm is used to solve the upper and lower level optimization model.Finally,the effectiveness of the strategy is verified by simulation in an improved IEEE 33-node power distribution system.
