基于SWOT-AHP模型的广西柿子产业发展研究
Research on the Development of Persimmon Industry in Guangxi Based on the SWOT-AHP Model

Abstract
[Objective]Persimmon(Diospyros kaki Thunb.)is a berry with high economic and medicinal value.The planting area and production of persimmon in Guangxi rank first in China.This study aimed to understand the current status and influencing factors of the persimmon industry in Guangxi,and to propose countermeasure based on the analysis results to provide relevant references for the sustainable development of persimmon industry in Guangxi.[Method]Based on the SWOT analysis of internal and external factors affecting the development of the persimmon industry in Guangxi,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was applied to quantify these factors.Using the impact factors determined by SWOT as indicators,a hierarchical structure model was constructed,which was then used for both qualitative and quantitative analysis.[Results]The SWOT analysis indicated that the development of the persimmon industry in Guangxi has both advantages and opportunities as well as disadvantages and threats.The advantages include superior natural and geo-graphical conditions,a solid industrial foundation,high-quality fruits,a long history of cultivation,brand advantages,significant benefits for maturity period,and enormous market potential;the disadvantages include an unreasonable planting structure,lagging product processing development,a lack of specialized talents,and labor shortages.The opportunities are growing market demand,policy support,and tourism promotion,while the threats are intense market competition,issues with product quality and safety,and risks from natural disasters.The results of AHP quantification and four-quadrant analysis showed that the coordinates of the four points of overall advantage(S'),overall disadvantage(W'),overall opportunity(O'),and overall threat(T')were(0.1207,0),(-0.0432,0),(0,0.0986),and(0,-0.0306)respectively.The strategic focus P was located in the first quadrant of SO development strategy area,whose coordinates were(0.0194,0.017).[Conclusion]According to the results of this study,it is suggested that the development of persim-mon industry in Guangxi should make full use of advantages and opportunities,make overall plan-ning and layout,expand production advantages;strengthen the empowerment of science and tech-nology to promote the development of deep processing;strengthen the promotion of industrial brands to ensure food quality and safety;and strengthen exchanges and cooperation to promote the training of talents in the whole industry chain.关键词
