Abstract
This paper systematically analyzes the characteristics and trends of China's hydrogen energy fiscal support policies.Firstly,every region issues supportive policies with various forms and distinct features,focusing on subsidy on the application side in the production,storage,transportation,refueling and utilization of hydrogen industry chain.Secondly,there is a clear trend of subsidy withdrawal and stricter financial management,with the government role gradually shifting from a direct economic supporter to a guider.Lastly,focusing on building a low-carbon and efficient hydrogen energy industry chain with subsidy policies gradually in favor of green hydrogen.Oil and gas companies such as Sinopec,CNPC,and CNOOC have seized policy opportunities,made full use of advantages in resources,funds,and talents,strengthened the integrated coordination of the industry chain from upstream to downstream,promoted technology breakthrough and cost reduction,and made positive progress in the fields of hydrogen production,storage,transportation,and application.However,there are still development challenges.It proposes that Chinese oil and gas enterprises further grasp the policy orientation,combine the advantages of enterprises and regions,promote the coordinated layout of the industry chain according to local conditions,support the construction of hydrogen energy corridors,and accelerate the low-carbon transformation of sales outlets on the one hand and actively respond to the challenges of subsidy reduction,reinforce the core competitiveness and integrated comprehensive advantages of enterprises,strengthen win-win cooperation,and build a hydrogen energy ecosphere on the other hand.关键词
