广西乡村振兴水平测算和区域差异分析
Analysis of Rural Revitalization Level and Regional Differences in Different Areas of Guangxi

Abstract
[Purpose]This study aimed to investigate rural revitalization development status in different aspects and areas of Guangxi,in order to provide a reference for further rural revitalization development in this region.[Method]Based on data from 14 prefecture-level cities in Guangxi from 2013 to 2022,a rural revitalization development evaluation system was established using 25 second-ary indicators in 5 aspects(prosperous industry,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,and affluent life).The entropy method was used to calculate their development level and the Dagum Gini coefficient was used to analyze regional differences.[Result]From 2013 to 2022,the comprehensive development level of rural areas in Guangxi increased from 0.24 in 2013 to 0.67 in 2022,with an average annual growth rate of 12.17%.In 2022,the development levels in the five aspects,prosperous industry,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,and affluent life,were 0.13,0.11,0.14,0.15,and 0.14,respectively,and the average annual growth rates were 3.63%,14.24%,19.08%,12.92%,and 16.54%,respectively,from 2013 to 2022.The development level of different areas in Guangxi varied from high to low,which are central and northern Guangxi(0.75),eastern Guangxi(0.67),southern Guangxi(0.66)and western Guangxi(0.58).Central and northern Guangxi was the best area for rural revitalization and development in Guangxi,with all indicators surpassing the overall development level of the whole region;eastern Guangxi ranked second,leading southern Guangxi in prosperous industry,ecological livability,and rural civilization,but lagged behind in effective governance and affluent life;southern Guangxi ranked third,fell behind eastern Guangxi in prosperous industry,ecological livability,and rural civilization,but led in effective governance and affluent life;western Guangxi ranked last,al-though it lagged behind the regional level in prosperous industry,ecological livability,rural civili-zation,and affluent life,it excelled in effective governance.[Conclusion]The comprehensive level of rural revitalization in Guangxi and the development level of the five first level indicators have shown a steady upward trend,and in terms of development level,effective governance>rural civi-lization>affluent life>prosperous industry>ecological livability.The development level of differ-ent areas in Guangxi is not the same,with central and northern Guangxi>eastern Guangxi>south-ern Guangxi>western Guangxi.关键词
