Abstract
In recent years,China's new energy vehicles(NEVs)have experienced rapid development,bringing a series of prominent issues.For instance,the significant rise in NEV export has encountered trade protectionism from multiple countries,the charging and energy-supplementing industry is mostly operating at a loss,the rapid increase in charging demand has put more pressure on the power grid,the consumption of gasoline and diesel has been dropping sharply,impacting the refining industry,the reduction in fuel consumption tax led to insufficient funds for road maintenance,and the non-standard recycling of retired and scrapped vehicle power batteries.The paper proposes such three suggestions as adjusting the supportive policies for NEVs in a timely manner to promote the high-quality development of the industry,improving the top-level design of the charging business to ensure the healthy development of supporting industries,and introducing a vehicle mileage tax in the right time to assist in road maintenance and optimize the automotive power structure.关键词
