摘要
Abstract
As one of the most complex microecosystems in the human body,the dynamic balance of the oral microbial community plays a decisive role in maintaining oral health.About 45%of adults worldwide are affected by periodontal diseases,and the pathogenesis mechanism of these diseases is closely related to dysbiosis of microbial communities,activation of virulence factors in pathogenic bacteria and imbalance of host immune regulation.Although existing studies have confirmed the key pathogenic role of Porphyromonas gingivalis and Actinobacteria,there are still knowledge gaps in the cognition of the synergistic effect of multiple species,the dynamic evolution of biofilm and the host-microbe interaction mechanism.The increased drug resistance and low efficiency of biofilm clearance caused by antibiotic abuse in clinical diagnosis and treatment highlight the urgent need for precise intervention strategies.Therefore,the paper deeply discusses the role and mechanism of oral bacteria on the development of periodontal diseases,hoping to provide references for the precise prevention and treatment of periodontal diseases.关键词
