Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of individualized nutritional nursing intervention on glucose and lipid metabo-lism in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods One hundred T2DM patients treated at our hospital from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected as participants and randomly assigned to a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases each.The control group received routine basic nursing,while the observation group received individualized nu-tritional nursing.Improvements in glucose and lipid metabolism indicators were compared between the two groups.Results Post-intervention,the observation group exhibited significantly lower levels of all glucose-related indicators compared to the control group(P<0.05).The observation group also showed superior levels of lipid-related indicators(P<0.05).Com-pliance scores for nutritional nursing were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nutritional nursing intervention for T2DM patients,through personalized dietary plans,helps pa-tients adapt to diabetes-specific nutritional supplementation.Health education and psychological care enhance compliance with nutritional nursing and improve poor dietary habits.This approach considerably reduces fasting and postprandial blood glucose levels,optimizes lipid profiles,and improves glucose and lipid metabolism indicators,demonstrating clinical value for widespread application.关键词
