摘要

Abstract

As an interdisciplinary field composed of botany,agronomy,and life sciences,grassland science holds significant practical value in areas such as grassland ecological restoration,forage production,and grassland resource conservation.With the construction of ecological civilization and the high-quality development of grassland husbandry,cultivating grassland science talents with innovative abilities and industrial adaptability,thus forming an innovative talent cultivation model for the grassland science specialty,has become the primary task of current disciplinary education.The study aims to establish an innovative talent cultivation model for grassland science professionals,providing students with a platform that enhances their innovation capabilities.This model explores pathways for cultivating innovative talents that meet the current demands of grassland science and ecological restoration through mentorship,school-based training,and the construction and refinement of collaborative education platforms involving universities,research institutions,and enterprises.It seeks to elevate students'awareness and capabilities in innovation.To realize this objective,Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University has developed an integrated"industry-academia-research"talent cultivation model centered on students,with practice as the platform and the"mentor system"as the core.This model sets the goal of innovative talent cultivation,serves society,gives back to society,and expresses gratitude to society,continuously shaping innovative and application-oriented successors for the socialist cause.
