摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of applying Orem's self-care model during hemodialysis in uremic patients complicated with heart failure.Methods From October 2021 to October 2024,100 uremic patients with heart failure under-going hemodialysis at our hospital were enrolled and randomly assigned(by drawing lots)to an observation group or a con-trol group(n=50 each).The observation group received nursing guided by Orem's self-care model,while the control group received routine nursing.Intervention outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the observation group exhibited significantly higher scores on the Barthel Index,Activities of Daily Living(ADL)scale,and all domains of the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOL-74)compared to the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was also significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Orem's self-care model in uremic patients with heart failure undergoing hemodialysis effectively promotes patients'self-care abilities,improves their quality of life,and reduces the occurrence of complications.关键词
