Abstract
Objective This study analyzed the clinical effects of early individualized nursing combined with health education in pregnant women with gestational diabetes.Methods Between June 2021 and June 2023,551 pregnant women with gesta-tional diabetes were randomly assigned to a control group(276 cases)and an observation group(275 cases).The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received early individualized nursing and health education.The outcomes of the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Post-intervention blood glucose levels in the observation group were significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group also showed signifi-cantly better self-management ability(P<0.05),superior maternal and child outcomes(P<0.05),and lower negative e-motion scores(P<0.05)than the control group.Conclusion Early individualized nursing combined with health education can improve self-management ability and reduce blood glucose levels in pregnant women with gestational diabetes.关键词
