Abstract
Objective This study aimed to observe the effects of pulmonary rehabilitation nursing on quality of life and lung function in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 92 stable COPD pa-tients who visited our hospital between August 2021 and August 2022 were randomly assigned to a control group(n=50)and an observation group(n=46).The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received pulmo-nary rehabilitation nursing.The outcomes of the nursing were observed and compared.Results Before the intervention,no significant differences were noted in the WHO Quality of Life(WHOQOL)scores across all dimensions between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the WHOQOL scores in all dimensions for both groups were higher than before,with the observation group scoring significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Similarly,there were no signifi-cant differences in lung function indicators between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After the interven-tion,lung function indicators improved in both groups,but the observation group showed significantly superior results to the control group(P<0.05).In terms of the degree of satisfaction with nursing,the observation group achieved a significantly higher rate of 97.83%compared to the control group's 78.26%(P<0.05).Conclusion Pulmonary rehabilitation nursing is highly beneficial for patients with stable COPD,effectively enhancing their quality of life and lung function while increas-ing the degree of satisfaction with nursing.It is recommended for widespread application.关键词
