Abstract
Objective This study aimed to explore the application effects of high-quality nursing services in patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods From March 2023 to March 2024,100 patients with chronic bronchitis treated in our hospital were randomly assigned to control and research groups(50 each).The control group received routine nursing interventions,while the research group received high-quality nursing services in addition to routine nursing.Post-intervention pulmonary function,adverse reactions,and treatment outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The research group showed significantly higher pulmonary function indicators and quality-of-life scores than the control group(P<0.05).Com-pared with the control group,the research group also had a significantly lower incidence of adverse reactions(P<0.05)and a significantly higher overall response rate(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing services can effectively pro-mote pulmonary function recovery,raise quality of life,and reduce adverse reactions in patients with chronic bronchitis.关键词
