Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of acupoint application combined with rehabilitation nursing on the rehabilitation outcomes of patients with post-stroke dysphagia.Methods A total of 120 patients with post-stroke dysphagia admitted to our hospital from January to December 2023 were enrolled and divided into a control group(n=60)receiving routine nursing intervention and an observation group(n=60)receiving acupoint application combined with rehabilitation nursing interven-tion.The effects of different nursing strategies on patient recovery were observed and analyzed.Results Post-intervention,the observation group exhibited better neurological function deficit classification(P<0.05).The improvement in swallo-wing dysfunction scores was more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).The observation group showed greater enhancement in daily living ability(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with rehabilitation nursing effec-tively improves swallowing function and neurological outcomes in patients with post-stroke dysphagia,enhances quality of life,and demonstrates high clinical value.关键词
