摘要

Abstract

In order to study the effects of probiotics and fructo-oligosaccharides on serum biochemical indexes,including total protein,cholesterol,blood glucose,inorganic phosphorus and blood potassium of Taiping chickens,the article selected 360 Taiping chickens(same male and female)of 0 day of age as the research objects and randomly divided them into four groups(A,B,C and D).Each group set up 3 repeated trials and 30 chickens per replicate.Group A was fed 0.02%probiotic preparation in the basic diet,group B was fed 0.1%fructo-oligosaccharide preparation in the basic diet,group C was fed 0.01%probiotics and 0.05%fructo-oligosaccharide preparation in the basic diet,and group D was the control group.The four groups were fed for 96 days,and then fasting blood samples were performed to determine various indexes.The results showed that the content of total protein in groups A,B and C was significantly higher than that in group D(P<0.05).Cholesterol content in group C was significantly higher than that in group D(P<0.05).There were significant differences in blood glucose content in groups A,B,C and D(P<0.05).The inorganic phosphorus content in group A was significantly higher than that in group D(P<0.05).The content of serum potassium in groups A and B was significantly lower than that in group D(P<0.05),and the difference in serum potassium content between group A and group C was significant(P<0.05).
