Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of ABCDEF bundle nursing in airway humidification care for critically ill pa-tients.Methods One hundred critically ill patients requiring airway humidification admitted to our hospital from January to December 2023 were selected and assigned to an observation group and a control group using the random number table meth-od,with 50 cases each.The observation group received ABCDEF bundle nursing interventions,while the control group re-ceived routine nursing.Clinical recovery indicators,blood gas parameters,incidence of delirium,and ICU-acquired weak-ness were compared between the two groups.Results On the day of admission,no significant differences were observed in blood gas parameters between the two groups(P>0.05).On the day of ICU discharge,the observation group exhibited significantly higher blood gas parameters,lower incidence of delirium and ICU-acquired weakness,and improved clinical re-covery indicators compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of ABCDEF bundle nursing improves respiratory status in critically ill patients requiring airway humidification,enhances blood gas parameters,and pro-motes overall health outcomes.关键词
