Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effects of dietary care combined with health education in patients with diabet-ic nephropathy undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.Methods Sixty-eight patients with diabetic nephropathy undergoing maintenance hemodialysis at our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as participants.A retrospective analysis of patient data was conducted,and patients were assigned to a control group and a study group based on different care methods,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine care intervention,while the study group re-ceived dietary care combined with health education intervention.Nutritional status indicators,calcium-phosphorus metabo-lism parameters,and blood glucose levels were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results Before care,there were no statistically significant differences in nutritional status indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).After care,the study group exhibited higher levels of albumin(ALB),hemoglobin(Hb),and transferrin(TRF)compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Before care,no significant differences were noted in calcium-phosphorus metabolism parameters between the two groups(P>0.05).After care,blood calcium and phosphorus levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,but the differences were not statistical-ly significant(P>0.05).Before care,blood glucose levels between the two groups showed minimal differences(P>0.05).After care,fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The im-plementation of dietary care in combination with health education during the treatment of diabetic nephropathy patients un-dergoing maintenance hemodialysis improves their nutritional status and calcium-phosphorus metabolism,and stabilizes blood glucose levels,holding promise for wide application.关键词
