摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of a stress system theory-based nursing model on psychological resilience and post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD)in patients with traumatic brain injury(TBI).Methods Eighty-two TBI patients ad-mitted to our hospital from January 2023 to February 2024 were randomly assigned to an observation group and a control group, with 41 cases each. The control group received routine nursing interventions, while the observation group received additional stress system theory-based nursing.Psychological resilience[assessed via the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)],PTSD symptoms[evaluated using the PTSD Checklist-Civilian Version(PCL-C)],and quality of life[meas-ured by the Quality of Life after Brain Injury(QOLIBRI)scale]were compared between the two groups before and after in-tervention.Results Post-intervention,the observation group exhibited significantly higher CD-RISC scores than the control group(P<0.05).In the QOLIBRI scale, the observation group scored significantly higher in cognitive ability,self-evalua-tion,autonomy/daily living, and interpersonal relationships subscales(P<0.05),while scoring significantly lower in emo-tional limitation and physical limitation subscales(P<0.05).The observation group demonstrated significantly lower PCL-C scores than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The stress system theory-based nursing model significantly strengthens psychological resilience and quality of life in TBI patients while alleviating PTSD symptoms.关键词
