Abstract
Objective To evaluate the application effect of graded nursing guided by trauma assessment and its impact on the rescue success rate of emergency trauma patients.Methods Eighty emergency trauma patients admitted to our hospital's E-mergency Department from January to December 2023 were selected and assigned via a random number table to a control group(n=40)or an observation group(n=40).The control group received standard emergency nursing,while the obser-vation group received graded nursing guided by trauma assessment.We compared between groups:emergency efficiency,rescue success rate,incidence of complications,and nursing quality scores.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly shorter times for triage assessment,admission examinations,Emergency Department stay,and rescue duration(P<0.05).The rescue success rate was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was significantly lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Nursing quality scores were also significantly higher in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In emergency trauma care,graded nursing under trauma assessment guidance significantly improves nursing quality,accelerates emergency efficiency,increases rescue success rates,and reduces complications,thereby promoting pa-tient recovery and favorable prognosis.This approach merits widespread implementation.关键词
