Abstract
The paper optimizes the extraction process of L-tryptophan produced by fermentation method.After the fermentation of L-tryptophan is completed,it is transported through pipelines to the heater and instantly heated to 65℃.The heated L-tryptophan fermentation liquid then undergoes centrifugal separation,resulting in a lower phase rich in L-tryptophan crystals and an upper phase with a small amount of tryptophan crystals.The lower phase is subjected to settling,removal of the upper suspension,and washed 3-4 times with microfiltration clear liquid,resulting in a highurity tryptophan crystal slurry.The slurry is cooled,centrifuged,and dried to directly obtain L-tryptophan products.The upper phase is processed through microfiltration,nanofiltration,concentration,crystallization,and drying to produce L-tryptophan products with over 98%purity.The mother liquid from the centrifugation is concentrated and dried in a vacuum belt dryer to produce a 30%L-tryophan product.The process produces 98%tryptophan with large crystal particles and high yield,and the extraction process is simple.The product quality is accordance with the GB/T 25735-2010 standard.关键词
