Abstract
The paper screened the strain of heterotrophic nitrification-aerobic denitrification and prepared the bactericide for circulating aquaculture.Targeted screening was performed to determine the ability of the strain to degrade NH4+-N,NO3--N,and NO2--N,and to optimize the preparation of the bactericide by solid state fermentation.A strain of Acinetobacter junii was screened and cultured at C/N=10∶1,single nitrogen source,30℃and 180 r/min.The degradation rate of NH4+-N was 97.67%at 18 h and the degradation was 99.35%at 24 h.At 18 h,the degradation rate of NO3--N was 99.85%,and the degradation rate of NO2--N was 99.97%.Heterotrophic nitrification-aerobic denitrification Acinetobacter junii was obtained,and the bactericide with the number of viable bacteria of 176×108 CFU/g was prepared.关键词
